The staff were helpful at the reception.
The room walls were dirty. There was a gap under the door that allowed insects IN. A large cockroach crawled out from under the sink in the bathroom. This was very unpleasant.

I had a villa with a private plunge pool. I found this worth the price. The views of the ocean were amazing, and the pool was a good size. The staff were competent and helpful (they really made the difference).
My room felt a little dated, but this was a very minor issue.

the views were very NICE. The staff IS friendly and helpful. I liked they upgraded our room on arrival. Two pools were very quiet.
the hotel sits on a BIG hill. Access to the lower villas required a cart. This was a inconvenience getting from the room to the street. The rooms are outdated and require repair.
